Chewable Calcium
Dec 27, 2009
I see this request from folks all the time. "How do I find chewable calcium citrate?" Unfortnately there are not many options available at local retail stores, so it's something you need to order online. Some places, like The Vitamin Shoppe, has a few options, but not many. So I compiled a list in response to a question on the forums with sources for finding chewable calcium. I'm sure I missed some.... but this should get you started.Chewables
Bariatric Advantage Lozenges (like big sweettarts) - I like cherry or cinnamon. Also comes in mint and chocolate.
Celebrate Chewables
Calcet Chewys - cream bites! Yum Yum Yum -- expensive and has calories, so might be good as a once in a while treat.
Twinlab Chewables
Soloray Calcium Citrate Doesn't include Vit D - add it in another pill
Carlson Kids Chewable Calcium Citrate (doesn't include Vitamin D, so you'll need to add that separate)
Non-Chewables
UpCalD (a powder)
Bariatric Advantage Crystals (a powder)
Citrical (pills, but can be dissolved in water, then drink the water)
