Getting back on track... again!

Over the weekend, my weight hit its highest since surgery - 175. Nope, not happening! I purged my system all day today (protein coffee, turkey breat and watermelon for lunch, and maybe some lean protein or dinner). I'm down to 169. This is my new starting point. My goal is to lose 6 pounds in two weeks if possible. Now lets see.....
