Remaining at Peace

On July 22nd I received my pre-op diet and orders in the mail.  After carefull review I realized I am set for surgery to have Lap Band.  To say the least I was upset.  I called my Dr's office to get some clarity.  Back on June 2nd,  I emailed Dr. and told him I deiced on RYN.  My paperwork wasn't submitted until June 20th so change was never made.  When I originally went in for my WLS options I was leaning towards Lap Band BUT after all info, recommendation and research I chose RYN.  Well it was never changed.  So the women I spoke to had to re submit paperwork for RYN.  I called my medical group a couple of days later they had nothing. I called Dr's office woman who handles this is out of office until Tues. I couldn't wait something had to be done Aug 18th is right around the corner and I have appointments and time requested off of work and I am blessed to have a supportive family who is taking time off as well. So I stayed on the Dr's office well checking with my medical group. Dr's office finally re faxed over change and Medical group received it.  On weds of last week it was pending, on Thurs it was under review. I am praying I will have authorization today for RYN. I have an appointment on Thurs with NUT.  Please keep me in prayer. I will keep u posted. Sabrina
