13 Months out and down 151.5 lbs !!!!

Well, today is my 3 month surgaverssary.  I am down 51 pounds since surgery plus the 25 I lost "training" for surgery.  I feel great.  I am concerned though, because I have had 2 weeks with a 0 loss.  I am working my butt at the gym, twice a day for a total of 90 min. this week and only lost 3 pounds.  I have lost a collective total of 55 inches.  11 more and that will be my height!

I have a problem with my left ankel, so I had an issue getting around.  Now I can move every day!  It feels wonderful.  I just want to be sure that I can get the rest of the weight off too.

My doc' s office did my blood work for my 3 month check and said it is all good.  So far I am happy with the surgery and its effects on my life.

Sorry it has been so long since I have posted.  I have been busy with life and losing weight.  I am better about keeping my YouTube up to date each week. 

My weight is down to 276 pouinds, that is 6 pounds this week and a grand total of 73 pounds, and 48 since surgery.  I think this is weelk 11. 

I have picked up a part time job, and am really enjoying the work and the enviornment. 

I was having some serious issues with getting my exercise in, so I joined Curves.  I have been doing an hour every morning and loving it.  I have a wonderful work out partner who I met here on OH.  She lives in the same town, so we meet every morning and get our butts moving!

Life is busy, but good! 

I lost 5 more pounds this week!  Bringing my weight down to 292. It is so amazing how fast this is all happening. I can now wear my size 26 jeans.  I have not done that in 11 yrs.  and they are not even tight!

Santa came early!

297!!!!!  That is my 5 week weight (5lbs lost this week).  5 weeks, lost 27 lbs since surgery and 25 before = 52 lbs gone forever!!
 
That is bye bye 300!  I'm not even turning around to wave, you can just watch my but shrink as I leave! 

Hello, 200's!  It's been a long time.  Great to be back, but I am only passing through!

On 12/19/08 I took my measurements.  I have not done that since two and a half months pre op. 
I have lost 32.5 inches! 

That is a major NSV!  If you don't take measurements I would encourage doing it once a month.  Though we feel our clothes loosening and the sizes on the labels change, it is great to know how much fat is movin' on out!

I lost 2 lbs this week.  My post op total is 22 lbs.  Grand total of 47 lbs.

I did not get under the 300 mark this week.  No happy dance.

It is my fault.  Not enough water, exercise or protein shakes.  I can give you every excuse in the book why.  But they are just that, excuses.  I am greatful for the loss, especially since I hear a lot of folks talk about a 3 week stall.  I wanted more and I should have done more, period!

My weight today was 304 lbs.  that is a 7 lb loss for this week!!!!
Total loss of 45 lbs and 20 lbs lost since surgery !!
5 more pounds to go to see the 300's in my rear view mirror!

I lost 4 lbs this week.  That makes 13 since surgery and 38 since I started prepping the 2.5 months before surgery.

They removed my staples, which was not near as painful as I thought.  And I was cleared to eat any protein source except beef. 

All has been well this week, just still feeling tired and COLD!!!!!!! And I break out in tears once and a while for no good reason.  Hormones.
