Hi Carla! Congratulations on your surgery! This scripture has meant so much to me on my WLS journey. Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD , "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." I pray that you will claim this promise as your own as your journey takes you to a new healthier life. God Bless You!

Rachel, Well...you are now one day post-op and on the losers side. I am so excited for you (I am post-op). I pray that your pain is lessened and your recovery is quickened and that you have great success with this surgery, now and in the long term! God Bless you on your new and exciting journey.

Hi, Rachel. You're almost there. I know I won't be sleeping before my wls. They probably won't even need anesthesia! You'll be the incredible shrinking woman. You about to start a whole new life. Godspeed on your journey. Joanne
