Getting a little nervous!

Well I just came back from my second post-op appt ( I had to have one last drain removed ewww) and Ive lost an additional 11lbs!!
So I have officially lost over 30lbs in just 18 days, but my blood pressure has been running high! Ive never had blood pressure problems, but now AFTER WLS my pressure wants to act crazy. I'm also concerned that im losing weight to fast!! I think im gonna drive myself crazy!
AM I OVERREACTING OR SHOULD I BE WORRIED?
