Karen, Congrats on making it to the other side. It sounds like you are doing well. I am almost 6 weeks post op and this was one of the best decisions I ever made, every day does become easier. Plus having a good angel can be so important, sounds like yours was. Keep up that good attitude and welcome to the other side.

Angel Reporting!!! Karen came home on Thursday, 5/24 and I went to her home to see her last night. She is doing great!!!! Karen's spirits are wonderful. Her incision looks good, too. Thursday night she slept in bed propped up with pillows. She needs help getting up off the sofa if she is sitting back too far. Her husband, Phillip is wonderful. He stayed with her in the hospital round the clock. Way to go Karen!!!! Your Angel, Debbie

Hi Karen: Hope all goes well with your surgery and you soon discover a whole new you that was there all the time! Let us know how your surgery and recovery goes. Karen, best wishes for your upcoming surgery. I had mine six months ago, and I have never had a single regret. Fortunately, the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
