Green Tea Hawaii, available in 12 packet box with Original (aka Noni), Raspberry Lemonade, and Pineapple Strawberry. (4 of each per box). Also available in 60 packet box, with 20 packets of each flavor. Green Tea packets are displayed in right photo. Each packet has over 450mg antioxidants, the same amount as in 45 cups of green tea. Each 3.5g packet is mixed with 12-18 oz of water. Each packet is 10 calories, less than 1g sugars. Original is less sweet, Raspberry Lemonade is a little higher in sweetness, and the Pineapple Strawberry is the sweetest. But sweet taste can be moderated by mixing with more water. I also now have a dried veggie trail mix available. In comes in 12 oz bags for $5. Each 1/4 cup serving has 7 gr of protein. Dried edamame, dried peas, dried carrots, dried squash, dried taro, dried sweet potatoes, and dried green beans are in this mix. Very tasty. I recently found some powdered calcium citrate. No flavor, and truly a fine powder. I've tried the NOW brand of powdered caclium citrate before, but it's gritty like beach sand. 3/4 tsp is about 600mg. Mixes well with foods, shakes, sauces, etc. $10 for a 4 month supply of 1600mg . There is no need to take 2 of those BIG HORSE PILLS to get your 600mg calcium citrate supplements. New photo in my photos. Unflavored Whey Isolate Protein

I recently found a source for an inexpensive unflavored whey isolate protein. 3 Tbsp is 25 gr of protein, or 2T = 17 gr of protein, with very mild flavor similar to evaporated milk. It can be mixed with foods or make your own protein supplement drinks. It has no gritty texture, and mixes easily with SF pudding, oatmeal, soups, sauces, etc. Cost is $20 per pound, which is 35 servings of the 25 gr or 58 of the 17 gr servings.
