At a year Plus, Post...

I believe I have found my (End result / Goal weight) 

"Mind you, This is without any real routine or exercise.."

I am confident, I can maintain this result for the rest of my life,  I started out at a Top end weight of 407ish, ( Give or take a few)
,... I am Now at the weight of 258 ( give or take 3-4 lbs )
For those of you that have heard me say over the past year Plus (In the forum),
" when i start working out More weight will come off ",
Well,.. With Me being the King of Procrastination, 

I NEVER got around to any kind of exercise routine.. My weight loss has been exclusively through ((Dietary Change.. and quantity control))

  The VSG has allowed me to do this EFFORTLESSLY !!!!!

As We All Know !!   These Weight loss surgeries are ((Just a Tool, )) To Aid us In Becomming  Happier, Healthier, People.
The rest Is all Up to us,  For the rest of our lives, We must remain ever Steadfast, And dedicated to Our own Health and well being.

From the The progressive Updated Avatars, I have Observed from frequent reads of the forum, EVERY one of us Should be so Happy, and YES.. Proud... of the personal sucsess' we have achieved.
