  Hey yall, its been a while, I hope everybody is good, and I wish everybody a MERRY CHRISTMAS, Im just stopping by to show off my mama's progress, if I must say so myself, she WORKED THE HELL OUTTA HER TOOL, wouldnt you say? Its just weird going places with her cause everybody thinks shes my girl,lol........

I just wanted to thank everybody thats been supporting me through my Reality TV experience, I appreciate all the prayers and encouragement. For those of you that might have missed any of the shows here they are in order (Bottom-Top). Oh and by the way "Making His Band" now has a new night. Saturdays at 9pm. Check your local listings.  Whats up Fam, I hope all is well with everybody, I havent been able to be on as much as Id like to. But I hope everybodys good, I see some new faces too....  As some of yall know, Im a finalist  on the new MTV show "MAKING HIS BAND" Which is the new season of "MAKING THE BAND", and they will be featuring my weight loss etc on the show.....  I just wanted to share some of the commercials with me in them with yall.... Keep ya boy in your prayers, I really wanna win this thing!!!!! TUNE IN JULY 27TH 10 PM EASTERN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been away for a while, but for a good reason. For the last couple months Ive been away shooting a TV SHOW! Im on the new season of MTV'S MAKING THE BAND, its actually called MAKING HIS BAND!!!! Diddy was looking for musicians to back him for his new album and tour, and out of THOUSANDS, Im the front runner out of the final 3 bass players for the band, and Im going to the FINALE!!!! We just wrapped 2 days ago. The finale is going to be shot live sometime in September. Diddys new album is called "THE LAST TRAIN TO PARIS" Im not sure how many of yall are Diddy fans, but this new record is CRAZY!!!! Like nothing you have ever heard before, its not even a rap album! Thats how crazy it is, for any of yall that may love 80's music (Prince, Morris Day & The Time etc.....), your gonna LOVE this record!!!!! 


The show premiere's on MTV JULY 27TH, and will air every tuesday until the finale! Tune In & TELL THE WORLD!!!!!!






As for other things, I myself am doing great, still loosing weight. I've actually passed my goal of 220, Im down to 214 now  Maybe I'll hit 210 Hmmm...... I havent gotten to work out since Ive been shooting the show, so I know if I go hard in the gym even once, I'll hit 210 easily..... They are going to show my story about loosing weight and everything on the show too, they were eating that story up,lol.... I brought some old jeans with me too, nobody on the show believed they belonged to me until i showed them a picture of me wearing them..... But anyhoo.... all is well, moms is doing good. Life is good right now, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep me in your prayers, I really wanna win on this show!

I posted a new pic too, I took it at Diddys House, come by and check it out......Thanks for all the love and support yall have given me, and that yall are giving me. It means alot..... Ive missed yall!

 Im about a week late with this post, but better late than never. My mom has crossed her one year mark. Shes really doing well. And shes dropped from a 24/26 to a 12!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so proud of her I dont even know what to do. I dont think she even remembers when her weight was last in the hundreds. Shes lost 110 pounds so far, and considering that shes 5'11 shes pretty much at her ideal weight for her height. Her whole LIFE has changed since her surgery. I honestly see a glow in her that Ive never seen before, and she dresses a whole lot nicer, she just seems to be REALLY happy. Shes pleased with the results thus far, although she did make a lil comment about not really knowing how she felt about how her face looks being so small and all. I guess you can see more creases since shes lost so much. But hey, she looks great to me!!!!! :-)

 Well....... Ive crossed goal weight number two, FINALLY!!!! The 1st goal weight was 250 pounds, I crossed that back in october, and now here it is in March and Ive crossed goel weight number two of 230 pounds, or actually Im at Goal weight of 230 pounds. The sad part about it is, because of my traveling and water retention Im just now dropping back down to about where I was. I got down to the 230's right before thanksgiving, I went home for thanksgiving for a few days, came back and had gained 14 pounds some how. It had to be water or something crazy, either way, I got it back off, and got down to 232 right before christams, I came back home from Christmas break and had gained about 12 pounds in a matter of a couple days, its been DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!!!! SO with that said, its taken me almost two months to make new progress because of me having to back track the water weight gained....... Anyhoo, Im just glad that I made it, now my new goal weight is 220, once I hit that Ill see if I even Want to loose anymore. Stay tuned :-) 

Hello all.......... The anniversary of my surgery was saturday 1/17. Its been a year since I officially embarked on this weight loss journey, and all I can say is WOW.......Its been a crazy, but fun ride thus far. Hell, 2008 was just a GREAT year! I had my surgery, and moved to a city Ive dreamed of living in for over half my life. Starting out at 401 on surgery day, Im now at 231 pounds, a whole 170lbs GONE FOREVER!!!!!!   God has truely been good.  I also wanna thank everybody that was in my corner keeping motivated to keep pushin forward. Especially my BAF peeps..... In spite of the B**ch@$$ness that took place regarding some rather personal info info that I shared with ONE person, that seemed to end up in the hands of several individuals. And for those of you that know what im talkin bout........GROW THE HELL UP!. But if it makes ya feel any better........Ive made some progress since then  Now RUN & FORWARD THAT! I also wanna give a shout out to my Beautiful Angel Kelly (Klassy~N~Sassy) for being there when I needed you, and keepin it real with me. Congrats to you and yours! When you told me that this was gonna be a head trip, it was the truth!!!! I wake up every morning and still dont recognize myself. I was at a convention this past weekend, and everybody was in complete Awe of how I looked, it was great seeing everybodys reactions, cause most of them havent seen me since 06. The highlight was when a guy came up to me and said "Has anybody ever told you, you kinda look like a slim version of Tim "Rawbiz" Williams???????" I smiled real hard and said, "I AM a slim version of Tim "Rawbiz" Williams, nice to meet you" It almost put tears in my eyes,lol........ His jaw dropped! It was crazy....... But everybody was amazed at the change, and I think Ive inspired a few people to move in the same direction. I'd do WLS 20 more times if I had to..... I still have another 10-15 to loose, I think I can knock it out by the end of the month. Keep me in your prayers yall. 

 Im sure everybodys gonna be all tied up in tomorrows events etc..... But for those of you that will be watching, I'll be performing Via Satelite for the Inauguration with my church choir tomorrow (Bishop Noel Jones & City Of Refuge), not sure what time, but we start filming in the morning at 6am, tune in if ya can...... Hello all, its been a while since Ive posted anything. All is well though. I just got back from Touring Europe with Kanye West, so Ive been staying fairly busy. I thought I was gonna gain weight cause I wasnt able to eat the way I wanted to, and havent hit the gym since sometime in october, but I managed to loose 7 pounds over that period of time, and went down a shirt size, I was very shocked,lol.... I managed to make it to Texas to visit with my family for thanksgiving. It was a really cool trip, however it was a bit weird seeing that it was the 1st holiday without my grandmother. To top it all off, my grandfathers birthday was a couple weeks ago, my grandmothers birthday was last week, and their wedding anniversary was a few days ago. November has always been a special month for our family. However, I did manage to eat really good, my portions were hella small, but I ate pretty much anything I wanted. And to my surprise I got on the scale when I got home last night and it said I had gained about 11 pounds since last tue,lol..... I know thats not possible, so i guess its water or something, or maybe from me traveling or something. My mom is doing really well too, she looks good, Im proud of her. Shes down like 95 pounds so far. I kept staring at her,lol.... Im not use to seeing her so thin, and seeing her get checked out by men the way they were on her,lol.... My family kept teasing us, saying that we been sharin crack pipes,lol...... But they were happy with the changes that we have been making. Here are some before and after pics. The Before Picture was taken Last Thanksgiving, and the After Pic was taken this Thanksgiving. I think I can see a difference, you be the judge. Somehow, my scale is saying that Ive gained 11 POUNDS in the last 9 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS GOIN ON!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Is it even possible???? Is it water? WHAT!?!?!?!?

Hello All.... just updating my progress.....Seeing that i still cant see major differences in my body with my own two eyes, the only way I can tell that Im moving along is through pictures. I had another wow moment after uploading some pics this morning. Just thought I would share..... Im down 132 pounds so far, and dropped 10 whole sizes...... I could have been down a whole lot more by now, but I havent been able to work out for about 3 or 4 weeks because of me working like crazy. But now that Im finally done with this album, and my car just got shipped to LA, Im about to join 24hr fitness and start beating up on this gym and get my "J Hudson" on,lol. I uploaded a few new pics on the page too..... Come through and Holl @cha boi.
