Seminar Time

I should be getting ready. I should be in the shower, handling Vickie's Secret, getting dressed, and preparing myself for a day of travel.

But NOOOO, I'm determined to take time to document this momentous day!

Not only am I almost finished with the 6 month supervised diet, I am headed to NC for a mandatory seminar.

I am going to see Duke's bariatric center.

This will be an all day adventure, but I am looking forward to getting this done and meeting new people.

2.5 hours up and 2.5 hours back (give or take an hour or 2).

No worries though...have water, will travel!!

ETA: The trip was great! It did not take as long as was originally thought. It took us about 2 hours to get there and roughly the same amount of time to get back home. I am soooo glad I live in the more Southern part of VA, it helped.

Now, onto stage 2, the 1st visit!
