"1st impression was nice -- he talked to us and not at us (group meeting) he answered all questions and told us up front what he expects from us -- he's not a magician, he makes us a tool to use for weight loss rnrnoffice staff has been helpful -- they gather all your information from your PCP and send all your paperwork into the insurance company -- you don't have to call the insurance company at all rnrnall risks were discussed and aftercare is important to long term sucessrnrnSurgery -- everything was wonderful!! the man is very very talented at what he does!! my surgery was the day before thanksgiving and he was in my room on Thanksgiving morning and Friday morning asking me if everything was ok and telling me that everything was ok -- bedside manner was wonderful -- very nice man to talk to -- his team is great and always available rnrnbesides, i let my husband go first on 5/22/06 :) rnrntell me your surgeon would do that over thanksgiving :) "
