I have met with Dr. G, and had detailed consultation. I have already done the Upper GI, EGD, and first round of lab work and I have attending Dr. G's seminar and I have met with my PCP. He is very supportive and stands behind my decision and said that he would have his letter and my records to Dr. G within a week. I have all of my test scheduled for 12/6 and sleep study scheduled for 12/17.
I am leaving everything in God's hands-because I did found out that my employer added an exclusion to our policy NOT to cover any sort of WLS. (What a nice guy)!
I need to find a support group in the Tulsa Metro to attend, and having difficulty finding one.
