IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE I'VE POST....................I'VE BEEN FIGHTING THESE 10LBS  THE WHOLE TIME ALSO.......UP  AND DOWN, BACK AND FOURTH   THESE   EVIL LBS    BUT   PRAISE GOD    I'M BACK    I'VE BEEN  UNDER  THE WEATHER ALSO AND MY I MOVED MY DAUGHTER & HER FAMILY TO THEIR NEW HOME    ( PRAISE GOD )...............UNTIL NEXT TIME     GOD BLESS U ALL   AND KEEP ME IN YOUR PRAYERS.   IN TOTAL I'VE LOST 145LBS                                    .......RED.....................................BY THE WAY     WHAT HAPPEN TO DR TOM I SURE MISS HIM

this is my 13 month post op........and i am down 140 lbs.............wow........................all i can say is THANK U JESUS   he  is worthy to     be            praised..............................sorry i've been gone a few months  but i'm  back and    still loosing......not bad 4 an old gal from ky.....and      i must say i am looking great     dang          i    lost a persom

i am soooooo   glad i hit the century mark   last week.........wewwwwwwwww   it's been a long time coming,   thank u jesus is all i can say, as u can c  i am happy"""""'

and i feel sooo   great   i am down  95 lbs, i wantd to be 100lbs gone in 6 months, but i'll take the 95lbs  gladly. i am down to size 14-and 16 in jeans and tops  from  24-26 now that's  great to me..............til next time  and  as always   i give god  all the  glory

 june 2 i was 5 months post op                   time has really flew by, i am down 86 lbs and i love it i am having some stalls but i won't complain i would like to be down 100 lbs in 6 months we'll just have to wait and see..........god bless......red

it's been a looonnnggggg......3 weeks but the scale has moved again and i am glad about  it   ....can u tell?     that was a ruff 3 weeks,  hopefully and prayerfully by 5 months out it will move some more....................thanks    red

i am am dowm 80 lbs.  i feel sooooo   much better now. i give god all the glory.  i am working out some also and we all know  that helps,  but that  8olbs is gone forever. it seems like the lbs are coming off a little slower but i can't complain as long as it comes off.....  i am in need of new clothes all my things are baggy and i hate clonthes being baggy  on    me  it makes me look even bigger.  ..til next time.....god bless

all is well with me i am down 65 lbs, i am sooo   blessed with the lbs coming off,  i had a 10-12 day stall    but the   scale is finally moving again. god bless

and i have  lost 50 lbs.........thank u jesus.........50 lbs is great. i really feel good and i give god all the praise

2 weeks ago i had surgery  i really feel great and i am down 22 lbs,  it really isn't as bad as i thought it would be, ( pain and recovery) i am back to doing everthing i did pre-op........ i will keep posting......keep me in your prayers , i give god all the  glory
