Before surgery I was weighed in at 226.00 even. The surgery went really well. Doctor and Nurse practitioner that helped assist with the surgery said I had some of the best tissue they had ever seen. They said my tissue was like cement and that I will have a quick recovery.

Though surgery went well recovery was a nightmare. I had some issues with 2 nurses my first 2 days (they were extremely rude and would not listen to me) I had several issues with them. One issue was with a catheter. It was hurting a few hours after surgery and I told them it was burning and I had to pee. They informed that this can happen. But I know my body and well guess what when I study up and pushed a little bit it came flowing. Even after this they still would not take it out. Then when they did take it out at 6am the next day the nurse got snotty and said if you don’t pee in 6 hours then we will have to put it back. ( obviously I don’t need a catheter to drain my bladder because I had already proved this)
The other BIG issue I had one of the nurses came in to drain my little ball that was draining all the blood from my stomach. Well she didn't pin the ball back to my gown and when I stud up I yanked on it. It hurt. I called the nurse and she said there was nothing wrong with it. Even though I was in a lot of pain for the rest of the day. The nurse kept saying it was gas. It wasn't until the Nurse practitioner came in and said the pain was because of the drain. I think nurses like this need to be fired or sent through a class on bedside etiquette.

Well that morning after surgery I weighed in at 233 and the day I left July 17^th I was still at 233 even though I was peeing like a race horse. LOL

 EEKKKK... I can't believe I am posting these but this is me before my surgery.

Okay so this past weekend I was at Disneyland. (I LOVE LOVE Disneyland) Anyways,lol. So I was shopping for a shirt that would fit and as most of you know trying to find a top at any specialty place is like impossible if your over a size 13. Well there was a tank top that I was just in love with but it was in no way going to fit me unless I wanted to use it for a head bandana 
Well I was thinking to myself it might fit after the surgery so I should buy it. Well my mother who is totally against this surgery saw me looking at the tank top and said yeah its small but it will fight in a couple months. I was shocked. Then she said later on that she wanted to be apart of everything and that she wanted to go with me to all my appointments and promised not say anything that she would just sit there and listen to what the doctor had to say.  I'm still in disbelief. Did she really mean it or is it just her way of getting what she wants. 

I want her to support me but I don't want her at the pre-op appointment with me because there are something that I have to talk with the doctor with that I don't want her to know. So I'm stuck. I don't know what to do.

So after only waiting 5 days for my insurance to approve me my surgery is scheduled for July 15.
