"I only met with Dr. Katz once for a consultation appointment and found him very nice and informative. He went over all the risks of surgery and drew pictures to help me understand the surgery. My insurance required me to wait a year for the surgery, so I never had any contact with him again until the day of surgery. His staff is great! Everyone there was friendly, supportive and helpful. I felt I knew them all quite well after attending appointments for a year. rnThe day of the surgery Dr. Katz came in to talk to me and was very supportive and warm. He coutinued to be very helpful, giving me his pager number for any questions or problems I might have after I got home. His bedside manner and surgical competence where both great and I would recommend him to any future patients."
