One year gone by.

 It was a year in Oct. of 2011.  After April I really did not work on my weight loss program and I can really feel the difference.  January is a new beginning for me.  My sister-I law had the same surgery as I did and she got me motivated to work the program.  I gained 8 lbs from my lowest weight.  That really sucks but it was my fault.  This is a new start.  I need to loss another 5 lbs. before Jan. 25, 2012.  I would like to be lighter for my trip to San Franscio.
