reflections of friends

wow totally shocked this evening, received my OH magazine in the mail and was shocked to hear of Kirk Thompsons passoing in august. Crow had surgery 6 months before me and i watched his progress along with many others and exchanged emails. i am sad , depressed, hurt and angry that i haven't kept in touch with many friends i made through this surgery. i know Kirk is looking down still cheering every one on , with encouragment and with his wonderful thoughtful ways.
  i check in from time to time on the site but have lost touch with many on here, due to the lifestyle i have aquired since wls. live life to the fullest as if it was your last day on earth ,this is  how been how i have lived since surgery, in the process i have lost touch with many . stopped coming by to encourage and support stopped  so hear i sit sad and wanting to run to the comfort foods but i fell i know have an angel watchingaover my shoulder keeping me in check.Kirl might of been a crow on earth but his wings have changed and he is is now a angel soaring to new heights, never stop living but take  a rest stop to chat with friends
