"This person should not be allowed to do psychariatric evaluations. I don't know how someone fails a psych eval, but I sure did! I had to appeal to the state, even stating that she did not tell me as to when I might be eligible again. At least someone at the state level saw thru what she (and the insurance company) had recommended and reversed the decision. Don't let Dr. Franks fool you. She is not even knowledgable in baratric - her speciality is geriatrics (old people). FYI - I had my surgery in Sep 2005 and I have heard many other negative encounters with her since that time."

I had no say so in my choice - this is what the insurance company (Health Alliance Plan) gave me."
