sooo i went for a fill yesterday afternoon.   she gave me 4 cc's to start with.   she had me take a couple sips of water.  what a wierd feeling.  i asked her if it was normal to have to burp after drinking that little amount. i felt like the water was going to come right back up.  so she took 2 cc's back out.  let's see how this goes.  i go back in three weeks for another follow up. keeping my fingers crossed.

Last night i was able to mow my entire lawn without stopping to take a break!!!   I wasn't able to do that last year!!!

well,  i'm about 9 hours post-op.   feeling pretty good.  not much pain at all.  worst part is the sore throat and dry mouth from anesthesia.  at weigh in this morning,  i found that i had lost 20 pounds in te last two weeks on the pre-op diet.  can't wait for  my success to continue!!
