lost 16lbs - lost 16 lbs since i left the hospital. I weighed 330lbs the day I left to come home and 314 today. feeling good about that, but am feeling a lot of other little aces and pains now....

clear for the big day - well went to the clearing dr. and every thing is a go, just have to take prevpac for the next 10 days for hpilory. somthing like that.

Pre-op test - sitting in Carmel, get my ;preop testing tomorrow @ 0600.

Surgery pushed out - Well got a phone call the other day saying Dr. Kaderabek isnt going to be in on 8/24/10 so the moved my surgery to 8/31. I was bummed.

official start of process. - 07/27/2010 Well tomorrow is the visit to the nutritionalist.
