I had DS weight loss surgery in Omaha Nebraska by Dr. Gary Anthone on 9/4/09. I lost 145 # in about 10 months. I did IVF around 4/12 and our twins were born 11/12. I have lost 40# in 2015 by eating well. I feel great. I have been a fitness consultant since 2010 to stay accountable and help others.

I have struggled financially and emotionally for more than a year. I have recently started caring for myself again and I am down 10# fast and still going. Current workout is Shift Shop (ask me about it) and I am using that meal plan almost to a T. I do have a hard time eating quite as much as listed, but do a darn good job at not falling off my course.
