11 Weeks Post op

It has been 11 weeks now and I am down 41 lbs as of Monday this week. I have been exercising now on the treadmil 30 minutes and 1 mile trying for every day.

As of today I am 2 months post op. I just finally took my measurements. I can tell by the fit of my clothes I am loosing inches but until next month I wont know the differnce.

So this week I am 6 weeks post op. No changes. Feel good. Not alot of energy. I have not lost weight in 4 weeks and it is driving me crazy. I feel like I am doing something wrong. I dotn know what to do except hang in therre. I thought this was going to move a little faster than this.

As of today I am officially 1 month out from surgury. However I have not lost any weight for 2 weeks and it is really bothering me. I am trying not to let it bother me and not get on the scale but we all know how well that works. I hope I am not doing anyting wrong.

I am 3 weeks out today. This week has been a better week. Since my surgury I have lost 27 lbs. I have not lost anything this week. Which is kind of bothering me and makes me feel like I am doing something wrong.
