Lets try AGAIN!

Been almost a year since my last post...i fell off the wagon with my diet again, BUT i have quit smoking! Im almost 6 weeks no smoking but have gained back up to 200lbs. Now that im over the intense urges to smoke (which ive been combating with food) im going to attempt to get back to my better eating. Starting today: less carbs, NO sweets, focus on proteins/veggies/fruit/WATER, and back on my intermittent fasting 12/12 a week then 16/8. I KNOW i can do it, but its truly a LIFELONG STRUGGLE! i keep telling myself im still almost 100 lbs smaller than i was 15 years ago BUT i dont ever wanna be that big again. Here's to ANOTHER new start!!
