Had my 2yr check up today. The doc was very happy. Said i had more than exceeded expectations, which is always nice to hear. Had several "goal weights" while losing. I kept adjusting it lower, as i met the desired weight. My final goal was 175, wh

Hey there everyone! Been a while since I last posted. All is going well on this end, been maintaining at goal (+or- a couple lbs). Still stick with the low carb/ high protein lifestyle, noire lifestyle not diet.

Haven't posted in a while. Been trying to keep myself busy. I'm retired but work part time delivering subpoenas and also a couple days a week at Starbucks, gets me out of the house. I have been hanging in there at goal, plus or minus a few lbs. (Depend

Hit the goal weight of 175lbs a couple of weeks back. Been bouncing back and forth between 174 and 175, since then. If I loose a couple more for wiggle room that would be great but I'm happy where I am at.

Finally down to the last pound to go to goal! Well first goal was 220 (which the doc said would be the average loss), then it was revised to 199, 185, and finally 175. Hoping to get a few lower for leeway but psyched to get where I am today! Definitel

Didn't think this day would ever come. When I started out back in 05/16 it was either a 44/30 or 46/30. Not sure about the lil' bit extra length (def needed). I told my daughter it is because I am a tad less weighted down.
