DAILY DAILY DAILY die to self and choose health! It's been an amazing tool and I am so grateful to Dr. Ortiz in TJ for my healthy life tool.  But, as with any tool in our tool box, it must be used and  for the the intent of the tool. Keep on keeping on...well worth it!
