Made it through the holidays.  Made it through my mother's illness and death.  Made it through her memorial and sale of her house.  Its been a lot.  Its been 4 months since my surgery, I fell physically great, today I walked on the beach in the am and rode a bike around noon,  feeling so strong I think i feel better than I ever have, or for a long time.  thanks to this surgery, I'm down 84 lbs at this point. I feel great.

Hi to anyone who is reading this!!
I am feeling wonderful, like a new person,
I am down 55 lbs and am walking 2,3, 4,5 miles per day.  Just cant stop.  So happy to be feeling this way, I dont think I would have lost this weight if I hadnt had the surgery.  So this surgery has truely changed my life. I am so greatful to have been able to have this surgery.Greatful I have insurance that would pay for it.  I am down to 230 lbs and feel like the skinniest person around.  I can now move my seat forward in my car, I can sit in any both in a restaurant. Words cannot discribe!

Hi all, well I am not sure about this profie so I will update what seems to be gone.  I had my surgery on Oct. 4,2006 so I am about 11 days out. and I feel good.  The surgery was scary for me but that passed, now I am just trying to walk as much as possible to keep dthe blood clots from forming and to get the exercise. Today I walked 2 miles and felt like I was goning to colapse after I got done. I might not go tha5t far for a few more weeks.  Everything is going good I am feeling hungry more. I advanced to stage 3 today, I had a scrambled egg with a little melted cheese. Very good but still felt bad when the food was gone.  I have been in the habit of eating so much more. It is hafrd to be satisfied with just a little. I am working on that.
