All my life, I have been over weight it’s not something that just happened when I was a child, but all my life. I have been on diet after diet, and nothing helped, no matter what I tried to do. I bought a tread mill and can’t even breath now on my own with huffing and puffing, and now I am wearing oxygen all the time, I am on SSI because of my weight, having a hip replacement, my lungs, and my just over all health, my medical doctor, and my heart doctor all agree that I need to have the gastric bypass asap. But, with the State of West Virginia people on the Medical Card have to do so much, that by the time you get it all done, you might be dead. The state of West Virginia does nothing to help people, just keeps setting you back.
They would weather keep paying for oxygen, Cpap, and all the medication then to help someone get off these things an in the end. I have been working with my doctor’s and the gastric nurse at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown West Virginia, but I am not sure of the new doctor’s name.
