What a great Doctor

I went to see Dr. Shin in Charleston WV.  I really like him and his staff, they are a great bunch of people down there.  Having to travel 3 hours one way, to see him but it is well worth it.  I want to thank the few people that told me about him,  I have started a weight loss diet with him and it's going well, only my 4 days in to it, and I have cheated twice, but I must remain on track.  I have lost several pounds since my last update on my weight, and feel wonderful about it.

I know it's going to be a long and hard road toward where I will get too, but I am able to do, I will do it, and I am doing it.
