I finally got a date

Over the last three years, I have been trying to get approved to have Gastric Surgery, no matter how many doctor's I went to, or have. The State of WV kept saying NO

But, that is over and I found Dr. Akkary again and he will be doing my Lap Band, since I must pay for it my self.  My Wife and i are finally happy that there are no more long trips to go on, or hotels to stay at seeing if diffrent doctors could help me.  But, I knew that I would come back to Dr. Akkary after he left WVU.

He is at a great local hospital and is so caring about people. I have never in my life saw a doctor like him.  He has really worked hard with me, and for me. along with a lot of other people.

I am happy that I finally got a date for surgery which is December 6, 2010. :)
