VSG with a BMI of 31-35%? Results??

I recently had VSG to lose 60 lbs I'd gained and could not lose over the past 6 years. I just turned 50 and felt this was going to be an excellent decision. I'm on week two-my BMI going in was in the lower range and I'm not seeing a massive loss in weight. 

I'd love to hear feedback from anyone else had this surgery with lower BMI. What timeframe was your weight loss?
