Dehydrated

I have not been feeling well 3 out of four days this week, so I figured I would call the doc since I am supposed to return to work on Tuesday.  Well that's not happening, I am dehydrated.  I need to sip sip sip and if I don't feel well by the morning I need to call the doc office back and go to the ER for IV Fluids.  Needless to say I am drinking.  This is one way to get more time off, ughhh :-(
