WOW! My story... Hmmm, where do I start?!
Okay well I'm 43 years old, I live in Arizona with my wonderful fiance Ron, his daughter Rosalynn and my daughter Larissa. I am a stay home mom. I used to work as an Xray Tech but a heart attack and the damage it left me with put a stop to that. So now I count one of my blessings as being able to be home to take part in the lives of my family more.
I've been researching having WLS for over 2+ years and am finally ready to take the leap. My surgery date is November 8th, 2006 and I am sooooo ready for this. I've gone to Life Skills classes, Therapy sessions, Seminars, WLS classes, joined support groups, etc. I'm ready for my life change and I am prepared to meet it head on!
I've met many wonderful people along the way and I hope to meet many more as I continue on my weight loss journey. If you'd like to become friends please contact me. Perhaps we can support each other and become great pals. :)
