Nothing really new to add.  I have been stuck with the same weight for several months now.
I go down 4 or 5 pounds and then go up 4 or 5 pounds and it is frustrating to say the least.
But at the same time I am thankful for the 120 pounds lost since surgery.  On a personal note,
my baby is having a baby in about 2 weeks.  She is having a girl by c-section (breech) on
April 20th - I can't wait.  Lyla Kate will be my 4th grandchild - the others are 18, 16 and 10.

Well I wonder if I have hit the end of my weight loss.  I have been
stalled at 118 pounds lost for several months now.  I know I need to excercise more but my knee still hurts if I walk too much.  I need to
get back to walking for 30 minutes several times a week but I have
been busy with kitchen remodel and painting a couple of rooms in
my home.  I have lost a few inches since the stall.  I really need to
lose another 75 pounds.  Don't get me wrong though, I am very
please with how much better my life has become since my VSG.
I went for about 4 years that I rarely left the house, didn't even do my
own grocery shopping.  Now I not only go to the grocery by myself,
I even went to the mall a couple of times lately to do my own
Christmas shopping.  So life is better.

I have had several stalls the past couple of months.
I have now lost 118 pounds.  After an appointment
with my local doctor, I am now off insulin for the
first time in several years.  So, even though I am
losing slower now at least I am still losing.  My enegry
level is way better than a year ago,  My knee still
hurts by nothing like it did 118 pounds ago.

Now five days past one year since surgery.  I had my
12 month checkup today at Vanderbilt and was told
everything was good.  Losing has been slow but at least
I am still losing.   I can start bringing my insulin down
until I get off it.  That is a great feeling to have my blood
sugar under control.

Well, it has been 11 months today and I have lost
114 pounds.  This past month I hit a month long stall
and actually gained 5 pounds.  Then last week I started
losing again and managed to lose the 5 plus one more
for a total of six pounds in a week.  I really don't know
why these stalls happen - it just seems to be part of this
journey.  Anyway, I love my sleeve and only wish I had
done it years ago.

Well, it has been 10 months since my surgery.  The weight loss has been much slower - but I am thankful that I am still losing some.  Have lost
a total of 113 pounds.  There have been a couple of stalls along the way, where I have gone up and down the same 2 or 3 pounds and that is frustrating.  I have come down from a 5X to a 2X and my shoes size has
gone down from an 8 1/2WW to a 7 1/2 W.  My knee still hurts but not as bad as 10 months ago.  I can now walk through a store without always searching for place to sit down.  I know I don't excerise as I should but I hope to do more walking now that the weather is warmer and my three grandchildren are all playing baseball or softball and I have started back to going to the games.  For the past 3 years before surgery I watched the games from the parking lot because I couldn't walk enough to make it to the bleachers.   I have really enjoyed watching them up close again plus the social part of being in the stands with the other parenrt and grandparents.

After a 3 week stall, finally I lost 5 pounds this last week.
Down from 5X to 2X since the surgery.  I can now eat
about 1 cup full of some things but still only about 4 to
5 oz. of more dence things like meat.

Seven months post-op now and down 106 pounds.
It is coming off really slow now.  All this past month
I have been dealing with the same 4 pounds.  Down a
couple then up one, then down 3 and up one.  Got off
4 pounds  by the middle of the month and then it
went back up 2 pounds.  Somedays I'm ready to
scream.  Trying to go out for walk each day.  Hope
this coming month will be better.

Well it has been six months and I am down a total of 104 pounds.
Of that 104 pounds 54 have been since surgery.   Doing some exercising now every other day.  I have my 6 mo. check up this week.
Hoping to lose some of the meds I take.

It has been a hectic month with Christmas and my daughter's wedding last weekend.  Maybe now I can start walking more a day.
