4 years post op today!!!

Today 9/2/09 I am 4 years post op.  As I look back at my journey I am truely greatful for a chance to renew my life.  There has been ups and downs but I would do it again in a second!  I have been hovering around 170 lbs give or take 5 lbs for quite a while now.  I am doing the Susan Komen breast cancer walk (5k) on 9/20/09 and the Portland Marathon's Mayor's walk (10k) on 10/4/09.  The key is to stay active!!!
