Wow what a journey it has been.  To reflect back 5 years ago today I was waiting to have my surgery today.  I am very thankful for my surgery and all the support from my close friends.  I continue to exercise regularly and try to eat well.  I keep losing and gaining the same 10 lbs. but still feel wonderful.  Some advice to everyone out there....surgery will not make everything in you life better.  I still deal with life's struggles but try and lend support to others for a postive outlet!  Happy shrinking everyone!
