Ok I got a bill yesterday from Bon Secours for $1,300.00 (pre op testing) I called Tricare and all they wanted was a code for the diagnosis in other words Gastric bypass just the code.
So I called Bon Secours to tell them that. They informed me that that information would have to be given to them by the doctor’s office.
So today when I went over there to tell them that, they gave me the codes and told me to call billing. I told them that is not what Bon Secours require and they blew me off.
So I called Bon Secours with the codes and they told me that I could not give them the codes. They will only accept them on letterhead (from the surgeons office) faxed to them.
Tricare denied the claim.
I have to ask myself are these adults handling this process. Such a lack of communication. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

I now can have Fish, tuna, and canned chicken, crab Yea! And fat freef mayo. And fat free crackers.
On Sunday I woke up at 4am with a stabbing pain in my back. I went and took an oxycodone, then went back to bed thinking I only strained a muscle (I was in the strangest positions while reading Harry Potter that day).
Well I told Dr. Hutcher about that and he got concerned that I may have had a blood clot that broke off in the lung so he listened to my lungs and gave me a little test.
Things came back OK. ,But he said that if it happens again I should call him immediately! So don’t forget to take your Aspirin!
Otherwise he was Happy. I lost 17.5 lbs in 22 days. (Happy Snoopy dance}

. But i thnk I have that now under control. Shredded Wheat N Bran(soggy). its got the fiber I need. today I'm trying the Weight control Oatmeal.Low sugar, low fat high protein, high fiber.We'll see.* Finally got half way though "Harry"

I posted my scar dont get too grossed out. hehe.
I got my order of whey Protien Bullet( 45 Protein Grams) from www.bariatriceating.com. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BY ITSELF! ( Nasty) so I mixed with Crystal Light Orange. It's OK not great . Will go back to www.Ungery.com Maybe half the protein(20 Grams) but great taste.

Trouble with pasta

I dont think it is going to work. because The last time as well as today. I feel as if something is stuck at the base of my throat. last time it took 2 days to get rid of. This morning was great soggie shredded wheat.
2week appointment

Yea!!!!! I had my 2 week appointment today. I have to say Soggy Cheerios, Overcooked veggies and Egg beaters never sounded so good. My weigh in was 207!!! I can also have potatoes and overcooked Macaroni. I had to make another appointment for two more weeks. I met a really nice woman who was 3 months post-op she had lost 40lbs.
