Hi Rhonda, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course it was all for nothing (except I burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. I always say the week before surgery was harder than the week after. Nerves can do that to you. Keep it postive. That means only positive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true. All the best,

Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another....observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. - Zen Wisdom! May God keep you close to his side as you travel this new journey. You will have ups and downs. Hi Rhonda! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow!
