"I got a case of this at Costco a while ago and the product was really thick... a lot different that usual. I wrote to Premier Nutrition to complain and they acknowledged my complaint immediately and told me they had recently changed the recipe, but due to consumer complaints, they had reverted to the previous recipe. They sent me a check right away for $25 US to cover the cost of the case. So, they obviously stand behind their product."
