I just had Roux-en-Y on December 5th, 2007   I still am having a hard time in knowing what to eat and what not  to eat I am now on soft food. I weigh in at 371 at the time of surgery now I am at 336 had a check up on the 28th of dec. I go back on Jan, 28th  Sure could use some ideas of what to eat.
