Ryan, Good luck on your surgery. Remember, walk, walk and then when you are done...walk another lap. Use your pain meds and deep breathe. Tell Walter and Warren that you want to walk...they are always happy to walk with you. This is a rebirth! How lucky you are to be doing this in your 20's! Hey, did I mention that you need to walk?
