Bummed out....

I have been doing this pre-op diet for the past 12 days, and I have done incredible!! I have been so excited for my surgery, which is next monday.......that was until yesterday!!! I got a phone call from my doctor and they told me that my blood work came back wacky.  My TSH was high and the doctor wanted me to re-do the blood work STAT!!! Unless my leveles were to come down...he wouldnt give me clearance for the surgery.  I ran down the doctors office to pick up my lab-work paper to take to labcorp...only to get there and they were closed. :(  I got up at the butt crack of dawn to be there first thing and get my blood drawn.  Now its just a waiting game.  They probably wont be back until Friday morning...which is cutting it close!!! If I am recheduled...this would be my third time having to go through this.  I am stressed and just beside myself.  I cant believe this is happening.  I have always had Thyroid problems....its always nagging me.  I hope all this is just a nightmare and i wake up from it!!!
