POST OP - ok im 6 weeks out, im doing better but still learning everyday..i have good and bad days... but im down 30lbs and now i get to start some exercising so hopefully that will help.

hungry - i need encouragement because im on my liquid diet 2nd day and im soo hungry and i have a headache..

SURGERY... - ok now im doing my countdown....22 days until my surgery...however i have to do a 2 week liquid diet to do that starts on Dec 14th and Im sooo not looking forward to that!
