"Dr. Cirangle is an extremly confident individual who explains everything in plain English and allows more that ample opportunity for the patient to ask questions. One of the best things was that I did not feel rushed. I saw that he was running all over the office before he came to see me - obviously a busy guy. But, when he came in to see me, he was focused on getting me the information that I needed and seemed like he would give me all the time I needed - such a rare commodity in the HMO/PPO world that I am used to.rnrnI give Dr Cirangle two thumbs up for sure.
