I am a soon to be 59 year old semi retired Navy cook, married to a beautiful woman for 38 years now. We have two grown children and six grandchildren, which are the loves of our lives. As I have gotten older I have noticed a marked deterioration in my health, numerous surgeries and other conditions have been a real nag. And one day the light went on.
