Surgery Date!

I just found out the other day that I now have a surgery date, October 20th, and I start my pre-op diet in just 3 days...wow! I am very excited, but naturally a little nervous because this is a major surgery and major changes will have to be made in order for me to get to the goal of health that I want to achieve and maintain. Anyway, here goes nothing, I will continue to blog throughout my weight loss journey. Wish me luck!
