WOW!

I just reached my seven month mark and I'm down 76.5 pounds!  I just can't find words to say how much my life has changed for the better.  I'm working out at the gym , eating well, and feel so much better.  It's so fun to have a choice in what to wear.  It's fun to shop, to go places, to meet new people. 

To anyone who is about to have this surgery, you will not regret it.  It's truly life changing.  Best wishes to all of you!
