11 month post op update

11 months out and my current weight is 188 I am going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week and trying to stay healthy. I thank God everyday..... for the opportunity to have had this surgery. I am also loosing inches and I am currently wearing a size 11/12 pants and size medium in tops. I am very happy and hope to continue to loose weight I would like to be in a size 10 by the end of the year, and my goal is to loose another 20 to 25 lbs....
