Feeling Terrific

  I woke up this morning feeling as if I'd won the lottery! In a sense, I have. The weight loss lottery. My number was chosen and it's my turn to shine! I love when I feel this way because it's like a ton of bricks being lifted off my shoulder...literally. 87  pounds gone! NEVER to return again. I Had my doctors Appt on Nov 13, which was Friday the 13th. My weight was 148 lbs, my Doctor was so elated about my progress, I'm at a normal BMI. Dr Cywes told me my BMI was 49.2. OMG! half of me was fat, I was digging my own grave with a knife and fork. But no more I'm starting on the maintenance phase once I get to 145 lbs. whoohooo!  You know I'm very happy about that but I'm ecstatic about this new love for exercising. Never in a million years would I have imagined loving exercising! I wake up in the morning and jump out of bed most days as if I were 21 again... lol I wish I could bottle this feeling and pass it out to the world. My life is so much better and with God's blessings, it will only get better. This Group has inspired me so much and I can't say enough about it. I don't think I would have done as well without all the information, motivation and support here. Forgive me if I go on and on about it because this site is really worth shouting about!
