Day 2 of plateau buster diet

Today is going GREAT!! I am having a bit of a struggle getting 3 oz in 5 times a day! I am really restricted! My surgeon said it could definitely be my inflammatory disease I have, making things a bit swollen, so I am taking it easy with the chicken, and beef just scares the crap outta me!!!

also, I wanted to put a notice in, that I do swear, and if my swearing in the blogs bothers anyone, I apologize! I tend to get a little hot headed, especially when I am fighting this battle. LOL
